Hours: 15 hours per week (fixed term – 12 months with potential extension)

Head4Arts is a community arts organisation operating across the four counties of the Heads of the Valleys East (Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and Torfaen). It is run by a partnership of the four local authorities and their devolved arts and leisure trusts.

Head4Arts acts as a cultural commissioning and production company working across all art forms and with all age groups. The work involves being part of a small team developing inspirational arts opportunities to encourage more participation in the arts, assisting with some administrative duties and direct delivery of some workshops.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who has good organisational and practical skills, who is knowledgeable and passionate about the arts and is who is able to work on several different arts outreach projects at any one time.

The post holder will be expected to work some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. It is essential for the post holder to have a full UK driving license, as an element of this role will include driving the organisation’s vehicle.
