ShipShape
Through the Tandem Europe programme, Kate has been working with other cultural managers from across Europe to explore creative and collaborative solutions for contemporary challenges. With her Tandem partner, Gabriele Sutera from the Hawila Project in Compenhagen, a prototype for a new interactive workshop about the environmental impact of transporting goods by ship (ShipShape) has been developed and is currently being tested with partners. Feedback to date has been very positive and we look forward to rolling this out to schools and youth groups in the next couple of months.
Tandem Europe is an initiative which was developed by the European Cultural Foundation (Amsterdam) and MitOst e.V. (Berlin) together with Fondazione Cariplo (Italy). It is financially supported by Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany) and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Greece).
