Earth Hour 2019 Caerphilly
Four creative and community events across the Eastern Valleys will encourage people to turn off the lights for one hour to show their concern for the planet.
Date: Saturday 30th March 2019
Time: 6:45pm – 8:30pm
Venue: Parc Penellta
Activities: Crane making, lantern parade, live music, storytelling.

Tune Club (Caerphilly)
Time: 3rd Saturday of the month, 10am – 12 noon
Venue: Llancaiach Fawr
Info: Learn and play Welsh traditional music. Suitable for players of all levels – listeners are welcome too!
Age group: Open to children and adults
Cost: £2 per session (+£1 per child)

Only Fun Aloud (singing group)
Time: Fridays, 2- 3pm
Venue: White Rose Information & Resource Centre, New Tredegar
Info: An “a cappella” group that sings world music. With a focus on fun and meeting new people, this is group is open to all and no previous experience is required.
Age Group: Adults
Cost: £1

Bargoed Community Choir
Time: Thursdays, 10:15 am – 12 noon
Venue: Calfaria Chapel, Greenfield St, Bargoed
Info: A community choir which sings both traditional and contemporary pieces and performs in a number of local events each year. All are welcome and no previous experience is required.
